Claims Reporting Procedure

Claims, actual or potential, should be reported to us as soon as you are aware of them. No written or oral statement should ever be made, except upon the advice of the Insurer. An owner should never offer compensation to a customer nor admit liability as this could interfere legally with the Insurer’s handling of the claim.
